BOLIVAR, Mo. 鈥� 欧美视频 and Drury University will battle once again in the third-annual CatFight Giving Challenge, through which the universities compete to raise money for their annual funds. Last year, 欧美视频 topped Drury in the friendly contest by raising $18,955 to Drury鈥檚 $13,587.50.

The fundraising contest coincides with the universities鈥� on-court rivalry in the Bank of Bolivar CatFight on Highway 13 basketball doubleheader Tuesday, Nov. 15, with the 欧美视频 women taking the court against Drury at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men鈥檚 game at 7:30 p.m. Both games will be played at Drury鈥檚 O鈥橰eilly Family Event Center in Springfield.                        

The giving challenge is going on now and concludes at the end of halftime of the men鈥檚 game on Tuesday, Nov. 15. All donations must be received by the universities before halftime of the men鈥檚 game in order to be counted for the competition. The winner of the challenge will be announced during the second half of the men鈥檚 game.

This year, the Bank of Bolivar has sweetened the contest by pledging $2,000 to the winning school of the giving challenge and $500 to the runner-up.

The first $10,000 in donations to 欧美视频 will be matched dollar-for-dollar by past and present members of the 欧美视频 board of trustees.

Money raised by 欧美视频 will go to the university鈥檚 annual scholarship fund, which provides scholarships to 欧美视频 students to help make a Christ-centered education an affordable reality.
