BOLIVAR, Mo. 鈥� 欧美视频 is adding a Health Administration concentration to its Master of Business Administration degree.
鈥淲ith our Springfield campus that is focused on nursing and health sciences degrees, adding a Health Administration concentration is a natural fit for our MBA program,鈥� said Levi Bridge, D.B.A., MBA director and assistant professor of business administration. 鈥淲e will be drawing on the experience of our Springfield faculty to make this a well-rounded curriculum for anyone working in health care who is or aspires to be in a management position.鈥�
The degree with the concentration requires 46 hours of courses: 34 hours of MBA core requirements and 12 hours of health administration courses. The concentration can be added to the Residential track, which is a hybrid of in-person and online instruction, or the Professional track, which is offered online.
鈥淪tudents will learn sound business and entrepreneurial principles and then learn how to apply them within the healthcare industry,鈥� Bridge said.
Students are encouraged to start the application process soon to be fully enrolled for courses in the fall.
