BOLIVAR, Mo. – The Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ recipients of the BKD CPAs & Advisors public accounting scholarship have been announced for the 2017-18 academic year.

Maria Martin, a senior accounting major from Osage Beach, Tyler Middleton, a senior accounting major from Buffalo, and Kailynn Kneibert, a senior accounting major from St. Louis, are the recipients of this year’s scholarship.

Based in Springfield, Mo., BKD is one of the largest CPA firms in the Midwest. More than 10 years ago, the firm established an endowed scholarship to support the work of high-achieving Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ accounting department majors.

The consistent contributions of BKD professionals have enabled students to receive almost $4,000 annually in scholarship funds.
