Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ inducts students into Alpha Chi Honor Society

BOLIVAR, Mo. — Nearly 40 Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ students were inducted into the Missouri Gamma Chapter of Alpha Chi Honor Society on April 12.

Alpha Chi is a national college honor society that admits students from all academic disciplines. Membership is limited to the top 10 percent of an institution’s juniors and seniors who have at least a 3.8 grade point average and a record that reflects academic integrity and honesty.

Students who were inducted are:

  • Gary Bernhardt, a junior biblical studies major from East Falmouth, Mass.
  • Chase Bussey, a junior computer science and mathematics major from Sedalia, Mo.
  • Brayden Byrd, a junior mathematics major from Holts Summit, Mo.
  • Andrew Campbell, a junior biology major from Russellville, Ark.
  • Jesse Carter, a junior nursing major from Nixa, Mo.
  • Andrea Cunningham, a junior radiography major from Springfield, Mo.
  • Brandon Eardley, a junior biblical studies major from Granite City, Ill.
  • Stacy Fisher, a junior elementary education major from Stanberry, Mo.
  • Elayne Guffey, a junior biology major from Springfield, Mo.
  • Olivia Harris, a junior criminal justice major from Maumelle, Ark.
  • Makenna Hix, a senior psychology major from Clinton, Mo.
  • Grant Jennings, a junior computer science and mathematics major from Reeds, Mo.
  • Katherine Lay, a junior web systems and design major from Independence, Mo.
  • Madeline Moler, a junior history major from Highlandville, Mo.
  • Taylor Rohde, a senior biology major from Otis Orchards, Wash.
  • Reece Tabor, a junior communication major from Nixa, Mo.
  • Sarah Tarrant, a junior writing major from Bolivar, Mo.
  • Claire Van Doren, a junior marketing major from Columbia, Mo.
  • Averi Walker, a senior biology major from Red Oak, Texas.
  • Leslie Whitley, a senior nursing major from Hollister, Mo.
  • Emily Woods, a junior computer information science major from Osceola, Mo.
