ŷƵ Launches International Graduate STEM Programs

International studentIn light of its mission to serve students around the world through affordable, high-quality education, ŷƵ is launching graduate-level programs for international students in STEM related fields in the 2024–2025 academic year.  

International graduate students on F1 visas are now able to enroll in a STEM focused MBA in Data Analytics. This program prepares students for global business leadership through a unique blend of high-impact learning and real-world case studies offered in a hybrid-learning format. Students benefit from Curricular Practical Training (CPT) during their program as well as extended Optional Practical Training (OPT) opportunities after graduation.  

Future programs planned for Spring 2025 include a Master of Science in Information Technology, a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence, and a Master of Science in Computer Science. More details about the initiative are available here.

Dr. Eric Harter, Executive Director of International Graduate Programs and Professor of Business Administration, brings decades of graduate-level teaching to his role at ŷƵ. Before coming to ŷƵ, Harter taught management and business administration and led the Doctor of Business Administration program at Belhaven. He has also served as Professor of Management at Campbellsville University and Dean and Provost at Sullivan University. Harter’s executive leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies provides valuable perspective for aspiring graduate business and technology students.

The division of international graduate studies plans to launch additional Master of Science programs in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, and Data Science in the Spring of 2025.
