BOLIVAR, Mo. 鈥� The Chorale of 欧美视频 will present its Spring concert at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, March 31, in the Meyer Recital Hall on the Bolivar campus.
The performance is free and open to the public.
Under the direction of Dr. James R. Tarrant, director of choral studies and professor of music, the Chorale will present an evening of choral music from composers such as Randall Thompson, Morten Lauridsen, and Dan Forrest.
鈥淭he marvelous space of the Meyer Recital Hall will heighten the experience of this intimate repertoire,鈥� Tarrant said. 鈥淭here is no better venue for this concert.鈥�
As the premier choral ensemble of the University, the Chorale tours each fall across the tri-state area. The ensemble also has performed at state meetings and traditionally travels to perform internationally.
