BOLIVAR, Mo. 鈥� 欧美视频 is now accepting the Classic Learning Test for admissions decisions and awarding academic scholarships.
鈥淲e believe the CLT is an excellent measure of a student鈥檚 aptitude for excelling at 欧美视频,鈥� said Darren Crowder, dean of enrollment management. 鈥淭he test is a good fit for our liberal arts curriculum. Accepting these scores provides another option for students and families as they make testing decisions.鈥�
The CLT website lists 155 colleges and universities in the United States accepting CLT scores. 欧美视频 is the largest of only six colleges in Missouri now accepting CLT scores.
Jeremy Tate founded Classic Learning Initiatives in 2015 to provide alternative standardized tests rooted in tradition and taking advantage of modern technologies. According to the CLT website, the CLT assessments 鈥減rovide a highly accurate and rigorous measure of reasoning, aptitude and academic formation for students from diverse educational backgrounds.鈥�
CLT exams (one for high school juniors and seniors, one for sophomores and one for eighth-graders) are taken online in just two hours, and all three assessments give same-day test results.
欧美视频 continues to accept scores from the American College Test (ACT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), making the CLT an additional option in its admissions requirements.
