Campus Visit Options
Individual Campus Visit
In-person campus visits will include a campus tour, a one-on-one meeting with an admissions counselor, and a meeting with a faculty member in your area of study (optional, as available). Tour days are offered Monday鈥揝aturday and are based on availability in our scheduling calendar.
Group Visit Events
欧美视频's Bolivar campus offers several visit events throughout the year. These events allow you the opportunity to tour campus, interact with faculty and students, meet your admissions counselor, and enjoy a meal in the 欧美视频 cafeteria. Monday, February 17 | 欧美视频 Showcase
During 欧美视频 Showcase you will tour campus, attend chapel, meet with faculty to learn the highlights and features in your academic area of interest, and listen to what current students have to say about their experience. You will also meet your Admissions Counselor and learn more about financial aid. Don't miss out on this opportunity to see the campus community, plus enjoy lunch on us! We can't wait to see you!
Friday & Saturday, March 28 - 29 | Spring Bearcat Days
Bearcat Days is an exclusive overnight visit for high school seniors and transfer students who have been accepted to 欧美视频 for the Fall of 2025. You don't want to miss this insider look into life as an 欧美视频 student! During Bearcat Days, you will stay the night in a residence hall on campus, attend campus wide events, dive deeper into your academic area of interest, worship with the 欧美视频 family, meet other future Bearcats and current 欧美视频 students, and more! We hope to see you there!
Friday, April 25 | Junior Preview Day
Get ready for a sneak peek into college life during Junior Preview Day. You will tour campus, meet faculty to learn more about 欧美视频's 100+ areas of study, hear from current students about their 欧美视频 experience, meet your Admissions Counselor, and learn more about financial aid and the admissions process. Don't miss out on this opportunity to see the campus community, plus enjoy lunch on us! We can't wait to see you!
Travel Reimbursement
We want you to come see for yourself how you can find your purpose at 欧美视频. Visiting
campus is an essential part of the college search process and we want to help! Sign
up above for a visit event or schedule your personal visit and you could receive financial
help with travel expenses.
To qualify for travel reimbursement, you must apply for admission and be accepted
at 欧美视频 prior to your campus visit. The travel reimbursement offer applies only to
students applying to undergraduate programs on the Bolivar campus.
If you live within the following distances from 欧美视频, you may be eligible for the travel reimbursement offer:

100鈥�250 miles: up to $50 in travel expenses

251鈥�500 miles: up to $150 in travel expenses

501+ miles: up to $300 in travel expenses鈥ㄢ��
Because they may take advantage of other offers, recruited athletes are not eligible for the travel reimbursement program.
